UACCRM | Athletics
Directs all aspects of a baseball program, including team training, game-day strategy, player development, and recruitment. They are responsible for fostering a positive, safe team culture, managing assistant coaches and budgets, monitoring academic progress, and coordinating community outreach or media relations.
A bachelor’s degree, significant coaching experience (often 3+ years at the collegiate level), and extensive knowledge of NCAA/NJCAA association rules.
