Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not permitted

Former employees of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility

RTO requests not falling on or near a holiday are limited to a maximum of 5 days

RTO requests falling on or near a holiday are limited to a maximum of 3 days

Only one holiday RTO request is allowed per assignment
