Receiving/Inventory Manager
Maintain clean, organized, audit‑ready inventory environments across all departments while supporting daily cycle counts, incoming product flow, part accuracy audits, and large‑scale inventory reorganization.
Maintain clean, organized, clearly labeled shelves across all departments.
Stock incoming product accurately and same‑day unless directed otherwise.
Prepare each department the day before its cycle count (daily rotating schedule).
Support relabeling initiatives during part‑description audits.
Assist with checking in large orders, pallet breakdown, and staging.
Pull parts from cages and maintain cage organization and security.
Support full inventory reorganization including layout redesign, bin consolidation, and SKU relocation.
Identify discrepancies, mixed SKUs, or labeling issues and escalate immediately.
Maintain safe, clean, efficient inventory workspaces.
Other duties as required
Ability to follow structured workflows
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and accuracy standards
Basic computer literacy (inventory system navigation)
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
Strong communication and teamwork

Pulling products for Line (proactive/anticipate what is needed)
