Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while providing high-quality food service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare baked items
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safe handling of all food products.
- Collaborate with team members
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock.
- Participate in catering events as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Support team in tasks as required.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE Saturday and Evening availability
- MUST be 18 or over
- Strong ability to work independently
- Previous experience in a kitchen is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for baking and willingness to learn new cooking techniques.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
