Are you a skilled carpenter ready to build, install, and create with your hands? Keystruct Construction is looking for a Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of projects, from framing and cabinetry to concrete work and custom fixtures. If you’re detail-oriented, self-driven, and have a passion for creating functional, durable structures, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Build, install, and repair wooden structures like roofing frames, partitions, and cabinets.
- Work with blueprints to create accurate, high-quality work.
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit materials like wood, fiberglass, and drywall.
- Maintain company tools and equipment and ensure workspaces are clean and safe.
- Adhere to safety and building codes on every project.
- Work with little supervision but collaborate with a supportive team when needed.
What You Need:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in carpentry (training or on-the-job experience)
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, measure accurately, and perform calculations
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and building codes
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
