Role Purpose
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall operational success of their assigned clinic. As the local business leader, the Clinic Manager is accountable for delivering exceptional patient experiences, developing high-performing employees, maximizing operational performance, and executing First Choice Imaging's mission, values, and operating standards.
While the Director of Operations establishes enterprise strategy and organizational priorities, the Clinic Manager exercises independent judgment to lead daily operations, solve problems, and continuously improve clinic performance through collaboration with enterprise support departments.

· Maximize clinic capacity and productivity.

· Partner with enterprise departments.

· Remove operational barriers.

Responsibilities Overview
· Lead daily clinic operations.
· Make operational decisions in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
· Direct administrative staff.
· Coach, develop, and discipline employees.
· Recommend hiring, promotions, compensation, and terminations.
· Implement operational improvements in collaboration with the Director of Operations
· Resolve patient concerns that are elevated from clinic staff.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
