Duties
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, and dermal fillers, precision and care.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including skin evaluations and medical history reviews to determine suitable treatment plans.
- Educate clients on skincare options, post-treatment care, and realistic outcomes to ensure satisfaction and safety.
- Maintain detailed medical documentation of all procedures performed, adhering to HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment strategies.
- Manage patient flow efficiently by scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
Requirements
- Valid Nurse license with certification in aesthetics or equivalent training in cosmetic procedures.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and skin assessment techniques.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and ensure a positive experience.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
