How You Get Paid
Every project has a predetermined Labor Value rather than an hourly wage.
If your skill and efficiency allow you to complete a project faster than estimated, you keep the full labor value allocated to your role. We reward craftsmanship, experience, and smart work—not simply spending more time on a job.
Everything is transparent. If you're ever curious about how a project is priced or how labor values are calculated, we'll show you exactly how it works.
As a solo builder, you'll receive:
- Approximately 58% of the labor value through wages, stipends, and employer-paid employment costs
- W-2 employment with employer-paid payroll taxes and workers' compensation
- Opportunities to earn more through referrals, mentoring apprentices, and bringing in your own clients
Your income reflects the value you create—not the number of hours you spend working.

As you earn certifications, you'll unlock additional work in areas such as:

Experienced professionals can test into higher certifications immediately, while newer members can learn through guided training and hands-on experience.
