As a Receptionist, you'll be the first friendly face our residents, families, and visitors see. Your professionalism, kindness, and customer service skills help create a positive first impression while supporting the daily operations of our center. If you enjoy helping others and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!
High school diploma or equivalent required
Greet, welcome, and direct residents, visitors, families, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Follow visitor sign-in procedures and issue visitor badges
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Support the facility's security and telecommunications systems
Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
