What You'll Do
As an Upfit Technician, you'll be hands-on every day — installing, assembling, and customizing vehicle equipment and accessories to meet precise customer and company specifications. Your work directly impacts the quality and reliability of vehicles that go into service across public safety and commercial sectors.
- Install and upfit vehicle components, equipment, and accessories to spec
- Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed builds for quality, fit, and finish
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in automotive, mechanical, fabrication, or a related trade (preferred)
- Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Sharp attention to detail with strong problem-solving instincts
- Self-motivated, dependable, and works well both independently and on a team
- Consistent, reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Full-time position
