About the Role
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager at The Gould Group, your mission will extend beyond merely overseeing projects. You'll be at the helm of orchestrating high-impact, tailor-made solar and storage solutions that align with our mission of turning wasted energy into positive financial performance for our clients. Your role will encompass the full life cycle of projects within the US market, focusing on the East Coast, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule certainty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
- Coordinate with the Project Developer and other cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and procurement to achieve project goals.
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to validate progress, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, risk management plans, and comprehensive project documentation.
- Foster client relationships, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with project deliverables.
