Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Relations Specialist to join our team and elevate our customer engagement efforts. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. Your expertise in project management, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions will drive client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities:
This position will include but is not limited to the following duties:
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain and organize customer accounts effectively.
- Maintain organized filing systems, including electronic and paper records, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Analyze customer data to inform management of strategies to improve overall client experience.
- Support marketing initiatives by sharing client feedback and insights that help shape future campaigns and product offerings.
- Prepare appointment material such as performance reports
- Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely delivery of client services and solutions, aligning with client expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer support by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
- Assists clients in completing file uploads
- Efficiency in using office management software such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Support administrative duties such as, but not exclusive to, calendar management and project coordination.
- Support project coordinator with project research, filing, and submittal processes.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple client accounts simultaneously.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
