Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and skilled Equipment Operators and Laborers to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and/or performing essential labor tasks to support construction projects. Duties
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, backhoes, water trucks, and crushers with precision and safety awareness
- Assist with material handling to support ongoing construction activities
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on construction sites to prevent accidents and injuries
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment use and labor tasks efficiently
- Load and unload materials using appropriate machinery like loaders and dump trucks
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, water trucks, or dump trucks
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license
- Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency
