- Assist in menu planning and meal preparation for catering events.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality dishes.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant or dietary department is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling practices, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with catering services is a plus.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using various kitchen equipment.
