Overview
The Rosewood Village Condominium Association is seeking an experienced maintenance provider to oversee the daily operations of a Roseville Condominium Association. As a maintenance employee, you will be responsible for providing routine service and maintenance to the Association's facilities.
This position would be full time.
Requirements:
- Boiler License - A current license is preferred, but the Association would help with licensing if one is not currently held.
- Pool License - A current license is preferred, but the Association would help with licensing if one is not currently held.
- Emergency Call Availability
Preferred Experience:
- Deck and Balcony Maintenance
- Window/Sliding Door Maintenance
- Basic Elevator Experience
- Painting
- Baseboard Heating Experience
- Through-The-Wall Air Conditioner Installation

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
