Core Electric LLC is seeking a skilled, dependable, and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. As a veteran-owned, family-operated electrical contractor, we provide high-quality residential and small commercial electrical services throughout the Willamette Valley, including new construction, remodels, service upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications
- Current Oregon Journeyman Electrician License required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Experience in residential and commercial electrical work
- Working knowledge of current National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and Oregon electrical codes
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and represent the company professionally when interacting with customers, contractors, and team members
- Capable of performing the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions and job site environments
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, upgrades, and service work
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues efficiently and accurately
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and electrical drawings
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable electrical codes, company standards, and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, team members, contractors, and other industry partners
- Accurately document work performed and communicate project status as needed
- Represent Core Electric with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional customer service
