Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences in the showroom

Guide new and returning riders through their buying journey with confidence

Stay on top of all product knowledge through OEM training & certifications

Log every lead and customer interaction in our CRM

Support the showroom team with inventory movement and merchandising

Work closely with the sales team and managers to crush monthly goals
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in powersports or related sales

Obtain a valid California Vehicle Sales License (required prior to start date)

Goal-driven, coachable, and passionate about customer satisfaction

Strong communicator and team player with a can-do attitude
