Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and punctual Professional Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a polished, service-minded approach and a proven track record working in luxury or high-end residential environments. This role requires flexibility to travel between client residences in Bucks County, PA and New Jersey, and a commitment to the elevated standards our clients expect.
Schedule & Location
- 35 hours per week (schedule determined based on client needs)
- Primary service areas: Bucks County, PA and select New Jersey locations
- Reliable personal transportation required; mileage reimbursement provided
- Consistent schedule with occasional flexibility for client scheduling needs
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of high-end private residences, including all rooms, surfaces, appliances, and fixtures
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and polish to luxury standards
- Launder, press, and care for fine linens, garments, and delicate fabrics
- Organize and maintain household areas including closets, pantries, and storage spaces
- Manage and restock household supplies, communicating inventory needs to the client or household manager
- Care for fine furnishings, artwork, and valuables with appropriate techniques and products
- Prepare residences for entertaining, including setup and post-event cleanup
- Coordinate with other household staff or service providers as needed
- Report any maintenance concerns or household issues promptly
- Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in luxury or high-end residential settings
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability — this is non-negotiable
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering flawless results
- Knowledge of proper care techniques for fine materials, surfaces, and luxury furnishings
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong communication skills
- Absolute discretion and respect for client privacy
- Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Ability to travel between Bucks County, PA and New Jersey on a regular basis
- Must be comfortable working in private, occupied residences
- References from previous high-end residential clients required
- Background check required prior to placement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with household managers or within larger estate service teams
- Knowledge of eco-friendly or specialty cleaning products and practices
- Experience with silver polishing, art handling, or care of antique furnishings
- Prior experience in a concierge, estate management, or luxury hospitality context
