We're actively hiring caregivers for reliable, recurring schedules in Barberton.
Morning Shift
Monday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Evening Shift
Monday–Sunday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
We're hiring multiple caregivers for these schedules. Additional hours may be available by combining shifts based on your availability and client needs.
Caregiver Responsibilities
As a member of the OCal Home Care team, you'll provide personalized in-home assistance by:
- Helping clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Preparing meals and assisting with everyday routines
- Performing light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
- Assisting with walking, mobility, and safe transfers
- Transporting or accompanying clients to appointments and errands when needed
- Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
- STNA certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to safely lift and assist clients up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
