Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment and interact with a diverse customer base. This is an hourly pay plus tips!
Night Shift from 6:30pm-3:30am
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and dining area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions and providing change
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience in electronics, technology, appliance sales is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing payments
