Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure for SLP in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or readiness for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Passion for working with pediatric and school-age populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to travel if required
What You'll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop tailored therapy plans, individualized to each student's needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support student progress and compliance
- Facilitate both group and one-on-one interventions in a school setting
- Engage in IEP meetings, support goal development, and advocate for students’ needs
