Shine Time Car Wash is looking for a motivated, energetic Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, develop employees, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This is NOT a desk job. We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front, working with people, staying active, and helping grow the business.

What You’ll Do
- Help oversee daily car wash operations
- Lead and motivate team members
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Help drive unlimited membership sales
- Train and coach employees
- Maintain cleanliness and site appearance
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Ensure safety and operational procedures are followed
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and staying active
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Sales experience is a plus
- Car wash experience is NOT required — we can train the right person

Pay
$16 - $20 per hour based on experience
