Do You Have What It Takes?
- Hands-On Expertise: Strong skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, with a commitment to getting it right the first time.
- Physical Readiness: Comfort working with heavy objects, machinery, and in tight spaces.
- Technical & Math Skills: Good understanding of computers, electronics, and basic math.
- Great Communication Skills: You enjoy helping customers understand their systems and feel confident in your work.
HVAC Technician Requirements
- Valid GA Driver’s License with a Clean MVR
- Minimum 2 Years of Field Experience
- EPA Certification & Job-Specific Tools (NATE certification is a plus)
- Ability to pass drug testing and background checks
- Technical Training or Completed Apprenticeship

HVAC TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITES
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems for residential clients, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Install new HVAC systems, following specs and safety guidelines.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate records and a safe work environment.
