We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Account Manager to help support our rapidly expanding book of business.

Position Overview
This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and agency producers, ensuring policy retention, renewals, remarkets and carrier communications are handled efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with producers to support new business placement, secure underwriting approvals, and deliver competitive insurance solutions.
- Partner with Goosehead's Corporate Service Department to coordinate policy servicing activities, resolve escalated account issues, and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex account servicing needs that fall outside the scope of the Corporate Service Department, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional client outcomes.
- Work directly with clients, insurance carriers and underwriters to resolve compliance concerns, documentation requests, eligibility issues, inspection findings, and coverage-related matters.
- Review inspection reports and underwriting correspondence, coordinating corrective actions with clients to maintain policy eligibility and prevent adverse carrier action.
- Proactively review renewal accounts to identify premium savings, coverage enhancements, and cross-sell opportunities. Conduct remarketing when appropriate, evaluate carrier alternatives, address coverage gaps, and implement retention strategies that deliver exceptional value and protection for clients.
- Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, professionalism, and expert problem-solving.
Qualifications Required
- Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty License.
- Minimum 3 years of personal lines insurance experience.
- Strong understanding of homeowners, auto, umbrella, condo, and landlord insurance products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with agency management systems and carrier portals.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service.
Preferred
- Bachelors degree,
- Experience with multiple carriers.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience with Salesforce.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
