Responsibilities

Serve as the embedded marketing lead for EPAM's high tech and AI vertical in the San Francisco Bay Area, acting as a strategic partner to senior business stakeholders and the sales organization

Partner with business unit and sales leadership to define marketing priorities and build quarterly go-to-market plans aligned to revenue, pipeline and named-account goals

Own the regional events and hospitality strategy end-to-end: identify and prioritize industry conferences, design executive hospitality experiences (dinners, roundtables, VIP receptions, hosted briefings), manage sponsorships, and run pre-event, on-site and post-event follow-up to convert engagement into pipeline

Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for priority and named accounts, partnering closely with sales to build account-specific plays, multi-touch campaigns and personalized content that move target buying groups toward opportunity

Provide direct deal support, developing bespoke marketing assets, executive engagement moments and account intelligence that help sellers advance and close active opportunities

Translate EPAM's enterprise technology offerings, spanning AI, cloud and digital platform engineering, into compelling narratives that resonate with technology enterprises, AI startups and platform providers

Identify and activate the right marketing mix, including events and hospitality, targeted digital and ABM campaigns, analyst relations, social media and sales enablement, to reach key decision-makers across the tech ecosystem

Drive and track marketing qualified leads (MQLs) through the full sales cycle; test, measure and optimize campaign and event performance, reporting on pipeline influence and ROI

Monitor the competitive market within the high tech and AI space, translating market intelligence into strategic recommendations

Develop ABM assets and sales enablement materials to accelerate growth within existing and target enterprise accounts

Lead case study development to capture and amplify client success stories across the high tech vertical
Requirements

Minimum five years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, ABM or integrated B2B marketing, preferably within technology services, AI or adjacent industries

Demonstrated success running both event and hospitality programs (conferences, executive experiences, sponsorships) and account-based marketing or deal-support motions in partnership with sales

Working knowledge of ABM strategy and tooling (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense) and the ability to apply intent and account intelligence to prioritize accounts and personalize outreach

Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and sales leaders, including the capability to influence without authority and navigate complex organizational structures

Track record of owning end-to-end campaigns and events and delivering measurable pipeline impact in a B2B environment

Familiarity with the AI development lifecycle and how enterprise technology — cloud infrastructure, machine learning tooling and platform engineering — intersects with high tech operations

Knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area tech ecosystem and its key players, including established tech enterprises, AI innovators and platform providers

Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, ABM platforms, analytics and campaign tracking tools

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and present confidently to senior leadership

Project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams, including live events, in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving abilities to make decisions in ambiguous situations

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $115,000 - $140,000.
