We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shipping Assistant and Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic logistics team. Duties
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities, including load & unload operations using forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Prepare packages with precision, ensuring proper packing materials and techniques for safe delivery
- Assist with order fulfillment by selecting items via picking & packing procedures aligned with customer specifications
- Maintain organized stockrooms through stocking, inventory counts, and cycle counts
- Support warehouse distribution processes by loading trucks efficiently and verifying shipment details with basic math calculations
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving issues related to shipping & receivingExperience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution and logistics operations
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers; forklift certification is preferred
- Pull up Material Data Reports for each shipment
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and inventory control methods
- Basic math skills for calculating weights, dimensions, and shipment quantities
- Experience supporting e-commerce order fulfillment processes is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
