Senior Production Worker: Second Shift

Pay Range: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour

️What You'll Do
Production & Equipment Operations
Monitor production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation.
Control workflow and equipment progress while maintaining established operating procedures.
Load and unload deliveries from company branches and transportation carriers.
Accurately enter operational and production data into computer systems.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs when appropriate.
Support production targets, quality standards, and operational performance metrics.
Partner with internal teams to meet customer and business needs.
Carbon Area Responsibilities
Package finished product and prepare samples for testing.
Conduct routine product testing and quality checks.
Manage spent carbon feed operations for the reactivation furnace.
Transfer and switch feeds between spent-carbon tanks.
Calibrate pH probes and monitoring equipment.
Operate filter press equipment.
Support operation of the facility wastewater treatment plant.
Regeneration Area Responsibilities
Sort bottles by size and resin type.
Operate forklifts to transport materials throughout the facility and load/unload trucks.
Evacuate bottles and prepare resin batches.
Complete the full SDI production process, including filling, testing, and quality verification.
Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, production, or plant environment.
Knowledge of chemicals, wastewater treatment processes, or related operations preferred.
Ability to successfully complete site-specific safety and operator training programs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to follow detailed procedures and work safely in a production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing, chemical processing, or industrial plant experience.
Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience.
Experience operating production equipment and performing basic mechanical troubleshooting.
Carbon Operations Preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, see, hear, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Frequently use computers, keyboards, and written documentation.
Lift and carry materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
Climb stairs and navigate industrial work environments.
Occasionally bend, reach, push, pull, and perform manual handling activities.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Work Environment
Work performed in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Exposure to varying temperatures ranging from 0°F to 120°F.
Exposure to industrial noise requiring hearing protection.
Occasional exposure to dust, dirt, chemicals, and production equipment.
Work performed primarily on concrete surfaces.
Regular use of computers and telephones for communication and documentation.
Occasional travel may be required for training, meetings, or seminars.
