Looking for a "Take Charge" Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for overseeing office and residential building maintenance and managing daily cleaning staff as well as outsourced vendors. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following.
- Tenant maintenance requests
- Preventative maintenance tasks
- Apartment and office turnovers
- Scheduling and managing vendors
- Scheduling and performing apartment and office inspections
- Proper communication with tenants
- Upkeep of supplies, maintenance shops, & vehicles
- Budget control
- Proposals and negotiations
- Supervise office buildouts/ability to properly communicate with the city's building department when needed.
- On call after hours
Must have valid drivers license and personal vehicle. EPA certified preferred. HVAC experience a must. Looking for an experienced, reliable, and local candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
