Project Executive
Direct Hire
Remote/Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight for multiple projects, project managers, and project teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for key accounts.
- Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cash flow, profitability, and risk exposure.
- Lead project strategy, staffing, resource allocation, and operational planning.
- Support business development efforts, client retention, and pursuit strategy.
- Review and assist with contract negotiations, change management, claims avoidance, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, quality expectations, and client commitments.
- Mentor, coach, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Operations personnel.
- Participate in executive planning, process improvement initiatives, and company-wide operational leadership.
- Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, field operations, accounting, and executive leadership to ensure successful project execution.
Ideal Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial construction management experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and project teams.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, project financials, scheduling, and risk management.
- Demonstrated leadership, client management, and team development abilities.
- Experience with retail, restaurant, industrial, commercial, or multi-site construction programs preferred.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
