Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, food safety regulations, and proper handling procedures.
- Manage daily operations including shift management, inventory control, cash handling, and POS system utilization such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by implementing rigorous food safety management practices and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, culinary standards, catering events, banquet services, and special promotions.
- Foster a positive team environment through ongoing training & development initiatives, staff motivation, and effective communication.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in full service dining establishments using POS systems such as Toast, Micros, Aloha and reservation systems such as Opentable or Resy required
- Strong supervisory skills with a background in supervising hospitality teams and managing restaurant operations.
- Familiarity with inventory control, food safety management (including HACCP standards), and managing hospitality teams across various service formats like casual dining or hotel restaurants.
- Excellent leadership abilities paired with superb customer service skills; experience in managing catering or banquet services is a plus.
- Ability to analyze profit & loss statements, develop budgets, and implement effective cost control strategies.
- Prior experience in culinary or hospitality management roles such as assistant manager or restaurant supervisor is highly desirable.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
