NXL is seeking strong, enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven Sales Representatives. If you are looking to move your career from good to great then you want to work for NXL. The candidates must have transportation experience and base knowledge of the logistics industry in 3PL, Truck Load, LTL, Domestic and International business.

Effective communication skills -- clear and concise email, telephone and face-to-face interaction
Provide exponential customer service in a very competitive market
Negotiate rates on a spot or transactional basis with clients
Manage your book of business and increase yearly sales by 5%
Responsible to achieve quarterly sales goals and produce new sales leads
Solicit new business through cold calls, prospects and client referrals
Strategic sales approach in a very aggressive and competitive industry
Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent Sales work experience
Logistics sales experience is preferred but not required
Compensation:
Commission, Draw Against Commission
