Job Description
Yogi’s Bar & Grill is opening soon in New Albany, and we are looking for outgoing, experienced Bartenders to join our opening team!
Our bartenders are the face of the restaurant — creating great guest experiences, building relationships, and bringing energy to every shift. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and love connecting with people, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to every guest
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
- Create a welcoming and energetic bar atmosphere
- Accurately enter orders and process payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service standards
- Verify IDs and follow all state and company alcohol policies
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and barbacks
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bartending experience preferred (high-volume experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
