Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, polished, and energetic Catering Event Servers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, teamwork, and providing outstanding guest experiences. As an Event Server, you will be the face of Wildfire Cuisine at events ensuring service is smooth, professional, and memorable. This position requires travel to various event venues, sometimes outside the immediate area.
Key Responsibilities

Travel to event venues and arrive on time, prepared and in proper uniform

Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, linens, place settings, and service stations

Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event

Assist with buffet service, passed hors d oeuvres, plated dinners, and bar support as needed

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, event captains, and team members

Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Represent Wildfire Cuisine with professionalism and a positive attitude
Qualifications

Previous catering, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods

Flexible schedule, including evenings, and weekends
