Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage cases independently while working collaboratively with partners, associates, and support staff.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of assigned litigation cases
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Appear in court, mediations, and depositions as required
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines
- Trial experience preferred
- Attorney to Handle 100-200 Files
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license and in good standing with the NJ Bar
- [2]+ years of experience in Personal Injury preferred
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently
- Professional demeanor and strong client communication skills
- NY Bar admission a plus
