Responsibilities

Surface Preparation: Sand, mask, clean, and prime vehicle surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion and eliminate flaws.

Paint Application: Mix, match, and apply base coats, clear coats, and multi-stage finishes using state-of-the-art spraying equipment.

Color Matching: Utilize spectrophotometers and advanced color theory to achieve perfect factory-spec or custom color blends.

Quality Control: Inspect painted surfaces for runs, sags, or debris; perform color sanding, buffing, and polishing.

SafetyCompliance: Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant booth and follow all local environmental and safety protocols.
Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on automotive refinishing and paint experience in a dealership or collision center.

Strong eye for detail, color, and finish quality.

Deep familiarity with mixing systems, spray guns, and HVLP technology.

Valid CA Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Ability to physically stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
