We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to manage vehicle flow and inventory at our high-volume dealership. This role is key to keeping operations running smoothly from arrival to delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory
- Coordinate movement of vehicles between lots and departments
- Prep and stage vehicles for customer delivery
- Work closely with sales, service, and detailing teams to keep workflow efficient
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and delivery-ready
- Perform and document NYS inspections
- Maintain organization and accuracy across the lot
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- NYS Inspection License preferred
- Dealership experience is a plus
Compensation:
- Pay based on experience
- Additional consideration for candidates with a NYS Inspection License
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
