While we anchor the state with a massive 80,000 square foot facility footprint in Central Ohio, we are rapidly expanding our elite collision services through our brand-new, 15,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility located just Northeast of Cincinnati.
We are a world-class team with an amazing culture fiercely dedicated to safe, complete, and correct repairs. We don't cut corners: we use 100% factory parts, follow strict OEM repair instructions to the letter, and hold 22 OEM Certifications. This includes exclusive, high-line manufacturer credentials from Audi, Bentley, Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Tesla, Jaguar-Land Rover, Lucid, and Rivian.
Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, career-minded Business Development Manager to spearhead our B2B growth and experiential marketing strategy in the Cincinnati region. Operating out of our new Cincinnati facility, you will be the face of our world-class brand, actively cultivating and managing relationships with third-party partners—including high-line automotive dealerships, corporate/luxury fleet operators, and commercial accounts. You will leverage our incredible dealer relations, exclusive certifications, and premium "white glove" valet concierge service to secure new accounts and manage high-end local marketing events.
Key Responsibilities
- Luxury B2B Account Acquisition: Actively call on, onboard, and maintain partnerships with Cincinnati-area luxury car dealerships, high-end fleet managers, and commercial accounts. Position K-ceps as the only logical choice for factory-certified collision repair.
- Deepen Dealer Relations: Nurture and expand our dealership partnerships, ensuring their service and sales teams have a seamless, trusted pipeline for vehicle structural and cosmetic repairs.
- Experiential Marketing & High-End Events: Plan, organize, and manage our presence at local Cincinnati car shows, premium community events, and shop-hosted marketing functions to showcase our certified capabilities and connect with car enthusiasts.
- White Glove Concierge Service: Promote and oversee our luxury valet repair program, coordinating the seamless, white-glove pickup and delivery of client vehicles to provide a stress-free, VIP experience.
- Operational Handoff: Work closely with our internal estimating and guest service teams. Because our shop floor is strictly committed to safe, OEM-compliant repairs, you can walk into any dealership or fleet office with total confidence in the promises you make.
What We Are Looking For
- Industry Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in business development, account management, or B2B sales specifically within a collision repair related field or closely aligned automotive industries (e.g., automotive dealerships, fleet management, insurance adjusting, or auto paint/parts supply).
- Passion for Excellence: You take pride in working for the best. You must be able to confidently discuss our commitment to 100% factory parts and OEM procedures so you can articulately convey our technical competitive edge to partners.
- Premium Event Execution: Comfortable organizing, setting up, and engaging crowds at public events like luxury car shows and networking mixers.
- Customer Service Obsessed: A deep passion for delivering high-end, elite service to premium clients and dealer principals.
- Mobility & Clean Record: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, as this role involves local travel and premium vehicle valet coordination.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary with an uncapped, lucrative bonus/commission structure.
- Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k).
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay.
- Company laptop, phone allowance, and mileage/travel reimbursement.
- An amazing, supportive shop culture backed by a world-class network, a brand-new local facility, and the industry's most coveted luxury certifications.
