Jolie Salon and Spa is looking for a passionate, talented, and motivated Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist to join our growing salon family.

Provide professional haircuts, blowouts, styling, coloring, highlights, balayage, and hair treatments based on each guest’s needs and goals.
Consult with clients to understand their hair history, lifestyle, desired look, and maintenance preferences.
Create a warm, friendly, and comfortable experience for every guest from start to finish.
Recommend professional hair care products to help clients maintain their results at home.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized station and follow all salon safety and sanitation standards.
Work as part of a team by supporting other stylists, front desk staff, assistants, and managers when needed.
Continue learning new techniques, trends, and services to grow as a professional stylist.
Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat visits, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
Provide excellent customer service and represent Jolie Salon and Spa in a professional, caring, and positive way.
Valid cosmetology license required.
Experience as a hair stylist, colorist, or cosmetologist preferred.
Knowledge of haircutting, color, highlights, toning, blowouts, styling, and current hair trends.
Experience with balayage, blonding, extensions, or advanced color services is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to make clients feel heard and comfortable.
Positive attitude, team mindset, and willingness to grow.
Professional appearance and commitment to excellent service.
Ability to work in a busy salon environment while staying organized and friendly.
Retail product knowledge is a plus, but we are happy to support continued learning.
