Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and creative Professional Organizer Assistant to work alongside the owner on organizing projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys organizing, problem-solving, working with people, and helping create beautiful, functional spaces.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, contributes ideas, and wants to grow with the business.
Responsibilities
- Assist with home organizing and decluttering projects
- Sort, categorize, label, and organize items in clients' homes
- Help create functional organizing systems tailored to each client's needs
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Lift, move, and transport bins, boxes, and organizing supplies as needed
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with clients
- Help prepare supplies and materials before projects
- Assist with packing and unpacking for home moves when needed
- Take before-and-after photos of projects
- Contribute creative organizing ideas and solutions
- Assist with social media content, marketing, and business promotion
- Support business growth by helping identify opportunities to improve client experience and services

- Previous organizing, interior design, retail merchandising, customer service, or related experience is a plus but not required

Schedule
