An established nonprofit organization is seeking a Case Manager on Staten Island, NY. This role provides client-centered support, crisis intervention, and case management services to survivors navigating the court system and related community resources.

Responsibilities:

Provide case management, emotional support, and crisis intervention to clients affected by crime and abuse

Explain court processes, procedures, and available relief options to support client understanding

Advocate with court personnel and criminal justice stakeholders on behalf of clients

Complete safety planning, risk assessments, and referrals to shelters and other community services

Maintain accurate case records, statistics, and documentation while supporting walk-in and phone-based client needs
Qualifications:

Associate degree in a human service field

Experience working with survivors of domestic violence or other forms of victimization

Understanding of domestic violence dynamics and victim services

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and computer literacy

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Bilingual English/Spanish skills

Knowledge of the family court or criminal justice system
