Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping people protect their homes and businesses from pests.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct in-person consultations with potential clients to assess pest issues and recommend appropriate services
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales preferred
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with door-to-door and field-based sales
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
- Valid drivers license and means of transportation
