This is a 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential. Your income is based on your performance—there are no ceilings on what you can make.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to perform roof inspections and identify roofing issues.
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, ventilation, and replacement options.
- Build relationships and guide customers through the roof replacement process from initial consultation to project completion.
- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and company marketing efforts.
- Prepare proposals and communicate with homeowners throughout the project.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with prospective clients.

Compensation
- Commission-based (1099 Independent Contractor)
- Uncapped earning potential.
- High-performing consultants earn $200k+/year
