Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, experienced assistant teacher to join our TEAM. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood development and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with both children and their families. This position requires a deep understanding of infant care practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with other caregivers. This is a full-time position.
Duties
- Provide attentive and responsive care to infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Implement age-appropriate activities that promote developmental milestones in areas such as motor skills, socialization, and cognitive growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that meets health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to create a cohesive team approach to caregiving and classroom management.
- Document daily activities, milestones, and any behavioral observations for each child in your care.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following experience or skills:
- Minimum of one year experience working in a daycare settings is highly desirable.
- Experience in infant care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
