Front Desk Receptionist — Mojo Ortho (Virginia-Highland, Atlanta)
Full-time | 32 hrs/week | Mon–Thu 9am–4pm, Fri 10am–2pm

About Us
Mojo Ortho isn't your typical orthodontic office. We're a boutique practice opening in Virginia-Highland this fall, built around one idea: an orthodontic clinic should feel warm, human, and a little bit special... not clinical and cold. We're building a team from the ground up, and the very first thing our patients experience is you - the face and voice at our front desk.

Communicates clearly and kindly, whether on the phone, in person, or over text/email
What You'll Do
Welcome every patient like they're walking into a five-star experience, not a waiting room
Manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient communications
Handle phone calls and messages with warmth and professionalism
Support the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
Be a steady, positive presence that sets the tone for the whole office
