Support daily kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your energy and attention to detail will contribute to delivering delicious meals and exceptional service to our guests .
Duties
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to menu specifications and safety guidelines
- Support cooking activities by handling ingredients, chopping, mixing, and portioning foods
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety standards
- Handle food items safely during storage, handling, and serving processes
- Follow proper knife skills for cutting, slicing, and dicing ingredients efficiently and safely
- Support catering events or special meal occasions by preparing ingredients or assisting with setup and serving
Skills
- Strong food handling skills with an understanding of food safety protocols
- Proficiency in cooking techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Excellent knife skills for efficient ingredient preparation
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Familiarity with food service procedures including serving and portion control
