Responsibilities:
Assists the Account Managers in the achievement of whole blood and apheresis collection goals.
This is a PRN position.
Essential Functions:

Completion of telemarketing functions to educate, thank and sign-up donors for future donations.

Perform on-site recruitment, sign-up tables, and donor flow assistance for blood drives.

Help educate and convert donors to double red and platelet donations where appropriate.

Assist Marketing efforts through help with packing, distribution, and inventorying of incentive items, labelling products with recruitment related tags, and telemarketing of sweepstakes winners and Donor/Recipient Meet and Greet attendees.

Help with preparation efforts for special events (i.e. contacting invitees for participation lists, setting up gift tables, refreshments, check in tables etc.)

Assist with data entry and organizational needs of the department.

Makes recommendations to improve organizational processes.

Qualifications:
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Two to three (2-3) years’ experience in sales and marketing or customer service
Licenses / Certifications:
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Experience:
Entry level position
Some experience in sales, marketing and/or customer service or performing duties in a related area preferred.
Any combination of education, training and experience that has supplied the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to perform the essential functions of the job.
