About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team, where you will take full ownership of the production lifecycle for intricate, high-stakes components. This role goes beyond simple coding; you will be responsible for developing robust machining strategies, optimizing complex multi-axis workflows, and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy for critical industry applications.
Responsibilities-
Design and implement advanced machining strategies for complex, high-precision components using Mazak 5-axis and multi-tasking platforms.

Create and refine CNC programs utilizing both Mazatrol and Mastercam to maximize production efficiency and surface quality.

Execute hands-on machine setups, prove-outs, and production launches to ensure seamless manufacturing transitions.

Conduct first article inspections and provide technical oversight to maintain strict adherence to engineering specifications.

Proactively troubleshoot tooling, fixturing, and process-related challenges to reduce cycle times and minimize material waste.

Mentor and guide shop floor personnel to elevate team technical capabilities and ensure consistent, high-quality output.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in CNC programming within a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Advanced proficiency in Mazatrol and Mastercam software for multi-axis applications.

Demonstrated expertise in setting up and operating Mazak Variaxis or Integrex equipment.

Strong command of GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and complex geometric tolerance management.

Proven track record of independently managing the full production cycle from programming to final inspection.

Direct experience in medical device, aerospace, or defense manufacturing sectors.

Background in continuous improvement methodologies and process development.

Experience in tooling optimization and advanced workholding design.
