About the Role
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented person to join our growing team and help us connect with seniors and families across Florida. In this assistant role, you'll work closely with our Director of Program Development to support marketing initiatives, assist with our social media presence, and represent our mission at community events.
What You'll Do

Assist with social media accounts by creating and scheduling engaging, mission-aligned content

Attend events and presentations to capture photos and help distribute materials

Maintain marketing inventory and assist in assembling outreach packets

Support day-to-day administrative tasks including calls, appointments, calendar updates, and spreadsheets
