Certified Caregiver/CNA – Ahwatukee & Chandler, AZ (29.5 Hours/Week + PRN)
EverBloom Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable Certified Caregiver or CNA to join our growing team.
Schedule
Ahwatukee (Female Client – Stroke Survivor)
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Chandler (Male Client – Spinal Cord Injury)
- Sunday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
PRN Coverage
- Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (as needed) for the Chandler spinal cord injury client.
Pay
- $17.00–$18.00/hour for scheduled shifts
- $20.00/hour for PRN shifts

Responsibilities
- Personal care and ADL assistance
- Safe transfers (Hoyer lift experience preferred)
- Stroke and spinal cord injury care
- Catheter and bowel care (experience preferred)
- Light housekeeping and companionship
Minimum Requirements (Required – No Exceptions)
- Certified Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate
