Provide resident care according to approved care plans
Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
Practice and maintain proper infection control procedures
Accurately complete documentation, including vital signs
Immediately report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights
Current STNA License
Completion of a CNA/STNA course and state licensure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Service-minded attitude with a desire to learn and grow
Positive, dependable work ethic and excellent attendance
